Live Cohort Enrollments
Live Cohort enrollments are refundable up to 24 hours before the cohort start date. No refund is available once the live sessions have begun.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email Learn@aiinhse.com with the name and email address used for enrollment, and your cohort start date. We will confirm whether your request falls within the eligible window.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
If We Cancel or Reschedule a Cohort
If AI in HSE cancels or reschedules a Live Cohort, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort at no additional cost.
Coupon Codes and Wallet Credit
Where a coupon code or credit was applied to reduce the price you paid, any refund issued will reflect the amount actually paid, not the full list price of the Live Cohort.
Free Resources
Newsletters, prompt libraries, and toolkits available on our Free Resources page are provided free of charge and are not subject to this Refund Policy.
